SMS program for businesses using DeskMogul
Program description. DeskMogul is a missed-call text-back service used by local businesses. When you call a participating business and the call is missed, you receive a text message from that business's virtual assistant asking what you need, your name, the best callback number and (for on-site services) your address, so the business can follow up. You may also receive a short confirmation or a reply to a question you text back.
- Message frequency varies (usually 1 to 6 messages per missed call, only after you call or text the business).
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. After STOP you get one confirmation and no further messages from that business; reply START to resubscribe.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- The texts are sent by an automated virtual assistant on behalf of the business. If anyone is in danger, call 911; do not rely on text messages in an emergency.

30-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to DeskMogul and you're not happy, email support@txtmogul.com within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund what you paid us in that period in full, to the card you paid with, and cancel your subscription. No questions asked, and no setup or cancellation fee is kept back. The guarantee applies once per business, to your first subscription. After 30 days, subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and stay active until the end of the period already paid for; past months aren't refunded.
Founding 50. Founding customers who start Pro with code FOUNDING50 keep the discounted Pro price for as long as that subscription stays active (it ends if the subscription is cancelled). Founders agree to share feedback, and a short testimonial if they're happy; a testimonial is never required to keep the price or get a refund.
Using DeskMogul (business owners)
You may only use DeskMogul to text people who called or texted your business, and you're responsible for the information you give the assistant (hours, services, prices). Don't use it for marketing blasts, and don't ask it to collect sensitive data such as card numbers, Social Security numbers or medical records. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled from the billing page; the setup fee, where it applies, is one-time. The service is provided as is; we're not liable for missed or delayed messages, lost leads, or anything said by the assistant beyond the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
