Good to know
- Your texting number and A2P 10DLC carrier registration are included in the price on every plan. No surprise add-ons.
- Keep your number: forward missed calls to DeskMogul. Your business number stays with your phone company, unanswered calls forward to your DeskMogul number, and texts back come from that number with your business name. Number porting is not offered.
- Texts to and from your number start once US carriers approve its A2P 10DLC registration (usually days to a few weeks). Until then, every missed call still shows up in your dashboard.
- The $297 one-time setup fee applies to Done-For-You only and is charged once, on your first invoice. Starter and Pro have no setup fee.
- Fair use: up to 1,000 texts a month per business. We'll give you a heads-up at 80% and 100%; your customers' replies are never blocked or delayed.
